How is Sonos still in business?

The app does not load, the volume is inconsistent , I thought Tom Conrad was going to fix this. Roll your software back to 2018 so I can use your hardware without frustrations! I have a set of sonos Ones that were amazing when o got them. But with every update they get worse. I am brand loyal to companies that meet my expectation but I can not see me spending one more red cent on another sonos product.

I refuse to capitalize this company’s name.
