Planning a Chicago Birthday Dinner + Karaoke Night — Suggestions? (Coming from Milwaukee!)

I’m from Milwaukee and planning to celebrate my birthday in Chicago with a group of about 10 people. I’ll be covering everything for the group.

Here’s what I had in mind:

• Start at around 2pm with a stroll around the Riverwalk
• Then head to dinner somewhere fun and lively — ideally good food, shareable dishes, and a nice ambiance
• Finish off with a karaoke session to end the night

Looking for restaurant and karaoke recommendations — preferably spots that are either walkable or a quick drive from the Riverwalk area. I’d love something that feels festive without being too over-the-top or insanely expensive. Open to all cuisines! I was thinking Tak Korean Bistro maybe but I don't know if the food is americanized or not.
