Post-Big Law Restructuring Options

TL/DR: exit opportunities for big law restructuring?

3rd year associate at a V30 firm in the restructuring group. I don’t see myself making partner or even wanting to stay at this particular firm longer than a year. What are my options for exiting and making at least somewhat comprable pay (at least $200,000 +)? Are there any non-big law firms that do restructuring for around that pay? Or are my only options banks?
