Talk me in/out of an NC

Might pull the trigger on a ‘07 soft top special edition. 180k for $4000. It’s a 6AT (the only thing in my wife’s budget, so can’t change her mind on this)

Drove it today, and it was fine. Started right up and engine sounded smooth. Everything was functioning and in decent condition.

I’m looking to keep it for less than 2 years, and Also would be driving it within my city, so at this price range, im not overly concerned about ultra reliability. As long as it gets us from A to B.

The only issue I encountered was the car shuddered in Reverse, (exactly like a manual car would shudder right before it stalls out). Thoughts, concerns, prayers?
