Online classes

I’m an upcoming first year and I wanted to ask is there any limit of online classes per semester or are online classes discouraged in any way? My major is CS and for my first year I’m thinking of taking an online classes in both fall and winter as I will commute. I’m thinking of taking Nutrition and sociology online
