AITA for getting help from ChatGPT because I simply wanted my proposal speech to be good?

Hello everyone, I (29M) recently proposed to my girlfriend Lily (24F) on our 5 year anniversary, I got her flowers, took her out to eat, set up a spot on the beach, I even paid for her to get her nails done which I don’t do. I got her the Darry ring she has been begging me for, the whole nine yards. Only issue, she’s mad at me and is accusing me of using ai to help propose to her.

After I proposed, she said yes and things were good for around a week when she went on my laptop after hers died and saw my ChatGPT account, she went through my chats and saw a chat asking to help with my proposal speech.

Anyway she ends up blowing up at me and claims I used ai to help propose, including my speech, what to do, where to do it, etc. I did no such thing but just ask for revisions on the speech, I just wanted it to be good. We end up having a whole dumb fight about this and she gives me the ring back, claiming she needs a break. It’s been 2 weeks of this and I just miss her, I want this to be over with but she’s being dramatic in terms of not wanting to forgive me for simply needing help with the speech. She claims I don’t know her or care about her which is obviously false as I love and care about her. I don’t know, I don’t think I did anything wrong but I need someone to tell me if I did as it's costing my relationship. AITA?
