Very low morphology & round cells is it a problem?

Hey all I have received my results for my first sperm analysis.

I am a 35 years old and my results are as follows

Sexual Abstinence - 3.5 days

Volume - 4.4mls

Ph - 8.1

Appearance - Normal

Viscosity - Normal

Liquefaction - Normal (<60mins)

Agglutination - Grade 1 Mixed

Total Sperm Concentration - 102.0 x10^6/ml

Total Motility - 48%

Progressive Motility - 35%

Non Progressive Motility - 13%

Immobility- 52%

Testing Temperature - Room Temperature

Morphology (% Normal) - <1 L %

Also says "Round Cells" are present in this sample.

My wife and I do have two kids we conceived in our 20s but we have been trying for a third with no success for 2-3 years.

Is morphology and the Round cells the culprit on my end of things? Thanks
