Left foot weakness and dragging / toes tingling with severe low back pain. I’m really confused

Hi please help because im really confused and struggling to find any help or answers.

Im 23F and I’ve struggled with severe low back pain(burning pain) that radiates to my butt and hip. I also get pins and needles in my soles and under my tingling toes . Because im diagnosed with hypermobile ehler danlos syndrome it took a really long time to get someone to order imaging. My Ct showed

FINDINGS: Noncontrast CT scan of the lumbar spine. Alignment is normal. Vertebral body heights are preserved. No acute or aggressive osseous abnormality is present. There is early disc space degenerative changes with small Schmorl's nodes at T12/L1 and L1/L2. No pars defects or any significant facet arthrosis. Within limitations of CT no definite spinal or paraspinal soft tissue mass is present.

The visualized sacrum and iliac bones demonstrate no acute abnormalities. No significant SI joint degenerative changes are present. A partially calcified focal posterior disc protrusion at T12/L1 contributes to no significant spinal stenosis. L1/L2: Unremarkable. L2/L3: Generalized bulge with no significant spinal or neural foraminal narrowing. L3/L4: Generalized bulge contributes to mild lateral recess narrowing with no significant spinal stenosis. No significant neural foraminal narrowing. L4/L5: Broad-based protrusion contributes to mild lateral recess narrowing. No significant neural foraminal narrowing. L5/S1: Focal protrusion appears to contact and predominantly flattened traversing left L5 nerve root. No significant subarticular recess narrowing. No significant neural foraminal narrowing. IMPRESSION: Multilevel disc space spondylosis as outlined above. The disc bulges and protrusions may cause nerve root compression particularly at L5/S1. An MRI is advised for more definitive characterization.

I then got an mri and it literally just said

IMPRESSION:

T12-L1: Mild annular disc bulge is seen No evidence of disc herniation, central or foraminal narrowing or nerve root impingement in the lumbar spine.

Which my gp told me mri is normal just do physio and don’t worry. But im still having bad symptoms . More tingling , sciatica starting from the calf down to my foot and im tripping more . Im not sure what i should do if anyone has any advice please.
