Best thing to upgrade for higher uwu score?

My uwu score on my brawlking breaker says I'm in the bottom 15% of breakers at my level - what is the easiest / cheapest things I could upgrade to improve my score, was going to push to 1700 but figured I should upgrade bracelet/accessories and then work on other things before pushing to 1700

I also noticed in raids I'm doing less dps then people that are 1680s - guessing its a combination of my character having low combat score as well as me not playing it properly / having no hands
