Textures either taking 20min to laod or not loading at all. Please help

Sorry, I wasn't sure which flair to use

For context I updated my drivers and my pc can handle the game since it did so before. But for some reason, I've had ZERO textures. Everything is blurry af and I can't figure out why. Is anyone else having this issue??
