Elevator issue with top floor neighbours

Hi,

We need some legal advice. My neighbours (3rd and 4th floor) are trying to install an elevator in the backside area. This is a DDA flat society in Delhi region. They mentioned that a new High court Order allows them to install lift without permission and mentioned they have NOC from MCD and other agencies. I am okay with that, however their lift installation is directly blocking my kitchen side window and also requires changes to sewer lines. This may impact my flat price. I told them to install in a slightly different area but they are adamant.

Can anyone give legal advice on what can be done?
