Anybody with a removed gall bladder

Question

I got my gall bladder removed 11 years ago

I have struggled with IBS all my life but I am starting to realize I have grown out of a lot of my IBS, and the remaining big issue is from my gall bladder removal

Since I got it removed if I eat or drink, especially if it has been a while since I last ate, I will dump out my contents in a very liquidy fashion, filled with bile that supposedly used to go to my gall bladder.

I tried Colestipol (bile acid sequestrant) but I don't think my body responded too great to that

It's just weird because I can eat the most disgustingly greasy things the last 2 years as my IBS resolves itself, and am fine, but if I'm just taking too long between meals suddenly even eating something plain is an issue

I did try cutting out sugar as I know that is bad for someone in my shoes but honestly water makes my stomach hurt too.
