Cat killed a baby bat, please help 😭

Hi everyone, I just got home and my cat had a baby bat that he killed. He goes in and out the house and I’m not sure how he got a hold of it.

My first thought was rabies. My cat is vaccinated and is due for shots next month. What do I do? I will call his vet first thing in the morning. But what other steps should I take? Is there anyone I need to call? This happen at night so it wasn’t during the day where it would call for “unusual bat behavior. Is their certain authorities i need to call to report this to? Animal control? Idk! Please help! I also have another cat in the home who wasn’t exposed and is also due for shots next month.

EDIT: for the record I do not let either of my cats go out and roam the streets of Tucson I am not that naive or crazy! He was outside in an enclosed patio where the roof is exposed but they are not able to get out!
