Escaping hospitality HOW?

Hello! Just looking for a bit of advice.

Im 30 years old and have worked in hospitality/catering my entire working life. I’m currently a general manager, and I’m on a decent salary. Now that I’m starting to get a bit older and thinking of settling down a bit more the GM life doesn’t really suit the life I would like (at home).

What are my options? Has anyone else previously been a GM in hospo and managed to switch careers? I’m just over the 16 hour days constantly and want to spend more time with my family but without having to give up too much of my salary. Any advice/help would be appreciated!
