High blood pressure

I’m about 34 weeks. Baby’s been active all day. It’s been five days since my feet have swollen up and it doesn’t go down much even with compression socks or elevating my feet. Took my blood pressure this morning and it was elevated. My arm started hurting a few hours ago and I took my blood pressure again just now.
