I need some advice!

So! I personally have been enjoying domming for a while, I am really enjoying it and I've been playing with some subs that are non-pay for experience. One of these subs is completely fine, they're fun, I genuinely appreciate them, and I feel like I'm being fulfilled in the dynamic.

HOWEVER there is one sub who was only supposed to buy a feet video. He hasn't and he's getting pretty annoying actually. I know I may have fucked up, please don't say "don't take on non paying subs" because I know I can get fulfillment out of it in my own way without the fin and I enjoy the experience as I'm new and want to learn and want feedback that doesn't feel pressured. I just need advice as to how to let someone down while keeping my reputation. Should I just block? Or would that be extremely rude?
