I start my zepbound journey tomorrow!

I’m incredibly scared. I’m afraid of the side effects I’ll get while on zep. Im afraid of it causing pancreatitis in the long run. I’m just so afraid. My mom passed of pancreatic cancer while I know that’s not the same as pancreatitis I’m scared of getting pancreatitis and it leading to that. I got genetic cancer testing done and I didn’t come up positive for any mutated genes but ugh I think I’m just overthinking this. What were your side effects on zepbound? What can I do to minimize the side effects? I’m just sick of being overweight and unhappy but I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing by starting zep 🥲 I also have PCOS and I know losing weight would incredibly help with that but man I am so afraid to inject!
