Mystikos Quest - Does anyone know if checkpoints will work to complete it?

I am on vacation so will be close to impossible to get 3 runs done in day (without wife getting really mad), but wondering if I was able to find Boss Checkpoints for each Dungeon, on Eternity mode, will it qualify as completion?

Anyone tried it yet?

I know the bots don't have the CPs, so could be hard to find anyways.
