Need advice!!!

I’m a 27M and have recently completed my house job, officially becoming an MBBS doctor in Pakistan. I’m now exploring opportunities to move abroad and settle. While I’m aware of pathways like USMLE and PLAB, I’m looking for alternative options beyond these. I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
