What device would be good for cheap Dreamcasr emulation?

I've been into retro gaming for around 5 years now and I've been looking at these retro handhelds for a while now but haven't bought any. I love Sega and I want to be able to play some Dreamcast and Mega Drive/Genesis. I've had my eyes on the RG XX devices will they be good for this? Thank you
