Caribena Versicolor abdomen small and barely moving

i woke up yesterday to her not being herself and i thought maybe she was getting ready to molt. now today she is barely moving at all and cant even make it up to her web. i have put her in an ICU with moist paper towels and a shallow water dish. any idea what's wrong with her ?. she is about 2.
