Anyone else just randomly sprout moles, and freckles at a random point?

I'm 30 and I can't help bit notice I've been randomly, idk, growing, sprouting, summoning from the black abyss, moles in the most goofy places. I legit woke up one morning with a light dusting of freckles and was flabbergasted. I'm not worried or anything bit has this happened to anyone else? Just your skin deciding to do a remodeling over night?
