Ss tax

I am retiring next month at 69 . I have been taking ss for over one year now.I will be getting pension also.My wife is 65 so I was wondering if she should start taking ss benefits early instead of withdrawing from our managed brokerage savings because those will be taxable.would this be better tax wise?
