The concept of work

It’s so funny and frustrating when people try to take jabs at what we do especially as a full time sw. They ask questions like “what are you doing for work NOW?” Even though they know I’m a full time sw and have no plans of leaving the industry. Then they’re like “oh still not working I see?!” Or there’s just awkward silence.

It’s like their brain cant grasp the concept of not clocking in to a facility or office building. It’s so fucking tired and really outdated.
