High rise window cleaning advice needed

I'm working on a high-rise window cleaning project that's presenting a handful of challenges I’m not totally familiar with.

I'm not looking for free labor or a quote—just hoping to chat with someone who's been in the game and could lend 15–20 minutes of insight over the phone.

If you're experienced with high-rise work, I'd really appreciate the opportunity to ask you a few questions. I’d be more than happy to send over a $25 Amazon or Visa gift card for your time—just as a thank you.
