How good is pair of two intp friends ?

Check this out

Me and my close friend are both INTPs. He’s an INTP-A and I’m an INTP-T.

We both enjoy long conversations (or debates) on topics like space, time, geopolitics, moral ethics, and ideologies. Sometimes we dive into games or PC tech too. Basically, anything with depth or complexity.

We're both introverts — don’t like gossip, backbiting, or big social scenes. We mostly stick to a small friend circle (group of 4). We absolutely hate small talk. If the topic isn’t interesting, I just go quiet or walk away.

I’m more of a silent observer. As an INTP-T, I tend to read people through body language and how they speak. And if I don’t like something, I usually say it right away — it can come off blunt or hurtful, but I don’t always realize it in the moment.

One funny thing: if we’re in a group and hear someone say something that makes zero logical sense, we both just glance at each other and silently laugh. No words needed — we both know it made no sense.

So yeah… this is how our INTP–INTP friendship works. We “get” each other on a level that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Curious — do any of you have INTP friends? How does the dynamic play out for you?

(Yeah yeah I know, i took chatgpt help to fix my Grammer.)
