Tank Sizing Help

Hello! I don't currently have a leachie but I'm thinking about getting one maybe next year. I currently have a crested gecko and I'm researching care for leachies. Would I be able to house a young leachie in this tank temporarily? I got it for my crestie but decided to go with a different one instead so this is sitting empty. I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to keep it and convert it into a bioactive tank or just sell it and get a larger one. I would eventually upgrade to a larger tank if I used this for a juvenile. Or should I just get the large size from the start. It's 30x16x16 33 gallon tank.
