CPU idling at 89c. Google did not help

As the title says. My pc started randomly shutting down on its own and I was able to determine it was because of the cpu temperature using speed fan. I did some cursory googling and reapplied the thermal paste, but this did not work. I also bought some compressed air and cleaned the radiator which also did not work.

The fans on the radiator are working, and set to exhaust and I know that aio coolers don’t need to have their pumps cleaned but I’m really at a loss for what to do next. I’m getting the cpu temperature from the bios now and every time it hits 90 it shuts down.
