Moisture Wicking Compression Shirts Are Amazing For Dealing With The Heat

I wear a compression shirt as an undershirt during preload and its the best thing I’ve ever used to keep myself cool. Its like wearing a cool comfortable blanket after I start to sweat. Poorly ventilated areas don’t bother me as much if at all anymore.

At my center two preloaders almost passed out from the heat today so its at least something worth looking into.
