Thanks to Arcaist, we got our hands on a retired ambulance.

We're giving it to [Initiative E+](https://www.helpeplus.org/en/). E+ started during the Revolution of Dignity as an association of doctors serving on Maidan. They've since grown into a full-blown aid organization providing medical, military, and civilian support up and down the line. E+ will send it to Sumy Oblast, where it will replace the badly damaged ambulance in the third photo.

I've actually laid eyes on the ambulance we got: I saw it when I was there in early April. It's clean, solid...

...and empty.

The first thing it needs is a stretcher (or a pram or a cot--the thing on wheels that allows you to secure and transport the patient; see the fourth photo). We can get a refurbished one in Germany for $1800; it would be enormously more expensive in Ukraine, if we can get one at all.

So! We’re buying that stretcher in Germany, and we’d love your help. **For a $50 donation, we’ll print your custom message on a 9”x12” car magnet. For a $100 donation, it’ll go on a 12”x 18” sign!** The ambulance will sport them proudly on the three-day drive, and your messages will either go with the ambulance to the defenders, or be signed by E+ and returned to you—your call.

And then there’s all that empty space to fill. u/Firecopscott is driving the ambulance in from Germany. There’s a llllllot of room for gear for Ukraine in there.

Everything we raise over that $1800 will go toward tacmed via one of these fundraisers, and delivered by Scott in July or u/ARZPR in August.

Thank you, r/Ukraine!

This ambulance needs a stretcher. There's room for a lot of tacmed, too. Also, it needs a name, AND you can send it into Ukraine with a personalized message for the defenders. Details inside!
