Should I upgrade to an Rx 9060 XT 16gb from a 4060ti 8gb?

So I just upgraded my cpu (I got a 14600kf) and i play on 1440p only and it bugs me knowing that my 4060ti is bottlenecking my 14600kf. I have a tight budget and in my country the 9060xt is 400€.
