If you cast a creature from your opponent's exile while having Leyline of Transformation on the field does it enter the battlefield as the chosen creature type?

So I'm making a commander deck with Evelyn, the Covetous as my commander. Her first ability makes it so every player exiles the top card of their library with a collection counter on it whenever she or another vampire enters the battlefield. Her second ability lets me play a card from exile that has a collection counter once each turn. So if I cast a creature from my opponent's exile while I have Leyline of Transformation on the battlefield and vampire is the chosen creature type will it enter the battlefield as a vampire and trigger Evelyn's first ability?
