[Hobby] Creative Assistant for Early-Stage Animation Studio (Remote / Part-Time)

Writer Needed

Hey all I’m TJ, founder of Frog Charlie Studios, an independent creative studio working on a slate of original animated shows (10+ fully planned, multiple seasons each). Right now I’m looking for a Creative Assistant to help me stay organized, take notes, and bounce ideas off of as I push these projects toward pitch-ready and production-ready.

This is unpaid for now, but the goal is to build a strong team that can scale with me as we secure funding or land deals with streaming platforms. If you’re looking to get involved with long-form storytelling, animation development, and want a front-row seat to how a creative studio is built from scratch — read on.

🔧 What You’d Do: Join (virtual) brainstorming or planning sessions and scribe notes, plot points, or ideas Help maintain pitch bibles, character documents, and worldbuilding sheets Be a sounding board — if you love helping shape weird ideas into structured stories, that’s huge Light creative support (idea sketching, feedback, etc.)

🎭 You’d Be a Good Fit If: You’re a writer, creative, storyteller, or just someone who thrives in chaotic idea-heavy environments You’re good at capturing voice, tone, and details from live discussion You’re organized enough to help structure messy creative thoughts

Bonus: into animation!

⚠️ A Quick Heads Up:

This is an unpaid role right now. I’m not looking for free labor just to offload work — I’m looking for someone who sees the vision and wants to help build something unique. The plan is to pitch, fund, and go full production — and I will bring my people with me when that happens.

📬 To Apply:

DM me here or email Frogcharliestudios@gmail.com with: A little about yourself Any relevant experience (doesn’t need to be formal) Why this kind of work appeals to you

Let’s build something wild. — TJ / Frog Charlie Studios
