I can't overcome this

Just completely alone. I have a wife who i dont feel like cares what I have to say. I have a kid who just talks about whatever (he is 7). For my birthday yesterday I got a happy birthday from my wife, son, mother in law, and 1 of 2 sisters. I got my happy birthdays from business and clients than I did people I considered important. I'm just glad im getting a 6 hour tattoo done next weekbto forget about it for a while. This sucks.
