Looking for behavioral health doc

Looking for doctor recommendations in Lincoln please! I don’t have a primary care doc, and I haven’t seen a therapist in 10 years, I quit cold turkey because that doc just kept adding more and more meds. I’ve been raw doggin life since.

I don’t even know what kind of doc to see now as an adult (behavioral health??) - pretty sure I have adhd, insomnia, anxiety of all kinds, depression, maybe a little ptsd. I’d like life to be a little easier. Tia!!
