UK 28H/US 28K PLEASE HELP

I'm trying to find a white swim bikini top that fits me (no gold accents or if so i need to be able to break off the gold parts). i tried a sister size (UK 30GG) and while it looked find from the front, the band was too loose and it didn't give me the support i needed and it would have looked a whole lot better from all angles if it was just a size 28 band. I don't want a halter top that ties, those hurt my neck and shoulders. This is literally impossible i'm so upset. Even if I got a reduction my waist is still 27 inches I don't know how other people deal with trying to find a band size under 30.
