How do i get started?

Sorry if it's a stupid question to ask, but i genuinely feel so lost on how to even begin studying for AS levels. I keep opening the syllabus but then i realize that the words im reading dont make any sense to me, and like this is the first time i have studied without a book to build a foundation. Is there any advice you can give to me, someone who's taking Maths, Physics, chemistry.
