Got an offer letter from a USA based startup. But they will be paying salary through another indian company not associated with the startup.

I am a fresher and have no idea. The companies might be having some deal. The founders are saying that they will be paying directly into bank account after 2-3 months as they are sorting things out for it.

Is it wise to join the company. What will my salary receipt look like?
