Saving Time on BPOs

Hey folks—just curious how you all manage BPOs.

Do most agents here knock them out solo, or do you usually have someone help with the research and data entry? Just trying to understand where the line is between agent expertise and “time-suck” admin work.

I currently have a team doing it for me, including comps and data entry.

Genuinely curious about the workflow others use. It’s such a niche but surprisingly time-consuming area.
