Can't Study, Lack of Motivation

I'm preparing for a competitive exam (for masters) which is in December. I completed my bachelors recently. Instead of looking for jobs, I thought I'll do my masters. But Im having a really hard time studying. I'm getting distracted very easily. I really want to study and get into top university but I'm not able to be consistent in studying. It requires 8 hrs a day study time, I'm barely study for 2hrs. Either I'm watching reels, stupid Youtube videos or netflix. Pleasehelp me out and give tips to study
