Streaming from Xbox

Hello! I'm new to discord, just a hangout for me and a handful of friends. They have a channel for game streaming. I know how to stream from my Xbox, but I noticed that if I have my Spotify playing through my Xbox while I play, only the game audio gets streamed. Is there a way to stream the music and game at the same time? On the same stream/channel? I wanna do unhinged Star Wars Battlefront 2 streams to 90s eurodance. I mute my mic. TIA!!
