Olympia Carrera missing part

Hello everyone,
as the title suggests, I bought an Olympia Carrera. Very beatufiul object, but there's an important part missing: the letters wheel (or what I suppose to be a wheel). The machine is only writing vertical identical lines (see picture). Do you think it's possible to find the spare part anywhere? What should the exact name of I should look for be? Letter wheel is right?

Thank you
