How do I get over my fear of spiders?

I’m on this sub to overcome my fear, and I even tried holding an trachula. Despite that I am deathly afraid of spiders. If I saw a spider as big as the ones I see on this sub I would run, I would probably shake, I would try to kill it or get someone else to do it. If I had a bunch of them I would forever vacate the area, and seal it off. Maybe I’d call an exterminator. I’m so sorry guys, I’m just so afraid of them. How do I get over my fear?
