What’s your feeding set up for seniors?

I’m looking for ideas on how to feed my senior girl for optimal comfort and to encourage her to eat her full meal. She can get easily frustrated or bored and not finish her meals ( or maybe not comfortable to stand long enough in that position?) She currently eats from a pet bowl stand, out of a regular metal bowl. Let me know!
