Help weird discharge

Hi guys I’ve been experiencing weird discharge for about a year now along with itching, burning feeling when peeing and constant discomfort, along with odour (fishy/ ammonia) not constantly but often. when I first noticed back in August after I had sex a couple days later I noticed my discharge coming out in a blob. When I mean blob I mean like a big jelly like glob of discharge with a slight yellow colour.

I went to the doctors right away after noticing seeing as my sexual partner I’m sure now was sleeping with other people. After going to the doctors for this giving them a urine sample, swab and bloodwork everything came back normal. Knowing myself I knew I’ve never experienced discharge in such a large amount even when ovulating so I decided to go to a different clinic for testing.

After going to a different clinic for testing I then tested positive for yeast and trichnomonasis. I was giving antibiotics for both and after finishing the course of medication and everything felt fine until a few days later same symptoms. I went for retest of everything because I was super anxious and all tests came back clear except testing positive for group b streptococcus.

After taking the antibiotics for group b everything again felt normal for a few days, however symptoms are back again. I’ve been retested probably 10 times in the last year and no answers. I’ve been referred to a gynaecologist but unfortunately couldn’t be booked in until January which is still months away.

It’s now been almost a full year of this I don’t know what else to do I don’t even want to have sex or even masturbate. Please I’m searching for any type of answer that can help in the meantime. Thanks so much
