University Hire -Switching to a different position

if you are 2X area manager intern , what will the offers be looking like? Also I'm hoping for a return offer in a different position if possible , how do you go about it( I'm currenting interning in Seattle and to graduate in the Fall). Do i have to speak to my Operation Manager?
