Glitch while answering query

While answering a query raised in CSAS, my document didn't upload due to a glitch, so it just shows that I've submitted "PFA the relevant doc" while it's just...empty. Lmao. And i'm unable to edit or reupload the same. Did anyone face a similar issue? What should i do? I've already written a mail to the helpdesk but they haven't responded so far
