WTH is happening with the FSA website?

Trying to submit a form. It won't save it. It won't let me upload. JK it lets me upload one. Then error messages 15 times. I try to finalize the form. Ok it deletes the entire thing? I try to login and it says to close my browser. It won't let me login.

Then it does. And I try to submit another document. Then it deletes my application. Again. Customer service absolutely, shamefully useless.

What. The. Hell. This site is supposed to help us.

I have spent 9 hours trying to literally submit one application. One.

p.s. this is borrower defense and I want to smash my computer I am so frustrated
