I stopped hiring slow — and started outsourcing like it’s 2025
I run a small content-first brand in the U.S., and one of the biggest shifts I’ve made this year is how I hire.
Instead of: ❌ Posting on job boards ❌ Vetting resumes ❌ Waiting weeks for onboarding…
…I’ve started outsourcing specialized tasks on Fiverr — and honestly, it’s been 10x faster (and smarter).
Here’s what I’ve outsourced lately: • ✍️ Landing page copy that actually converts • 🎨 Logo design that doesn’t look like I built it in Canva • 🎬 Short-form video edits optimized for Reels + TikTok • 📈 Basic SEO tuneups for better organic reach • 📦 Product mockups for pre-launches
I’m not using Fiverr for “cheap labor” — I’m using it for speed and specialization. Most gigs were under 3-day delivery and helped me keep momentum when things got busy.
If you’re building solo (or small), this strategy might help you scale without the typical hiring overhead.
Happy to share the exact gigs I used if it’s helpful to anyone here.
