Street Fighter 6 Future & Roster Talk

Street Fighter 6 is easily my favourite entry of the SF Revival Era that started with SFIV, but while I do enjoy the gameplay, universal mechanics and the heaps of content, I do have my concerns. Namely the roster and how it may turn out when the game inevitably ceases DLC support, as of Year 3 it's no secret that the devs have such a major bias for SF2, and while I get it from a marketing and branding standpoint because the SF2 cast are so iconic, the problem is half the roster is taken up by that one game while everything else is seemingly treated like an afterthought, case in point: Still no Alpha characters. But I have to wonder, how many seasons are confirmed or at least hinted at for this game?
